Yelena Biberman-Ocakli, associate professor of political science, and Evan Mack, teaching professor of music, were interviewed on the 鈥淰ery Special Episodes鈥 podcast and are featured in Episode 56, 鈥.鈥

Jason Breves, professor of biology, co-authored an article in the Journal of Experimental Biology titled 鈥.鈥&苍产蝉辫;

Joseph Cermatori, associate professor of English and director of the Periclean Honors Forum, is highlighted in the newly . In her introduction, playwright Sarah Ruhl notes that Cermatori uncovered Wilder鈥檚 little-known essay 鈥淭he Barock鈥 in the author鈥檚 papers at Yale鈥檚 Beinecke Library. The essay was first publicly read after its recovery at Skidmore鈥檚 Center for Humanistic Inquiry symposium in 2018 and was later published in PMLA in 2021.

Jenny Day, professor of history and Francis Young 61' Chair in Chinese Studies, published two articles in edited volumes: "" and 鈥.鈥   

Stephen Ives, professor and chair of health and human physiological sciences, gave three presentations this fall, sharing research on NIRS vascular occlusion testing at the (ACSM) meeting, on dietary capsaicin and cardiovascular health with students Isabella Harelick 鈥26 and Hashim Ghias 鈥26 at the Greater New York ACSM conference, and on athlete COVID-19 recovery and dietary protein鈥檚 role in body composition with students Kyle Heise 鈥26 and Jisueng Kim 鈥26 at the New England ACSM conference. 

Catherine Golden, professor of English, published "The Crystal Looking Glass of Illustration: New Ways of Reading the Great Exhibition of 1851" in Illustration Magazine.

David Howson, teaching professor and Arthur Zankel executive director of arts administration, was a guest lecturer at Yale's David Geffen School of Drama.
